SEO Manager
We are looking for an SEO Manager to join our Marketing team.

Location:
This position is open to candidates based in the Tricity area (Gdańsk, Gdynia, Sopot) or nearby.
We don’t require constant presence in the office, but the candidate should be available to attend meetings approximately once/twice a week (e.g., brainstorming sessions, planning, etc.).
What You’ll Actually Do
- Own a Complete SEO Strategy for the Brand
You will become the dedicated SEO expert for the brand, developing and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy that drives organic growth and revenue. Working directly within the marketing team, you’ll present findings, forecast performance, and guide strategic marketing decisions. - Optimise for AI-Driven Search EvolutionYour work will focus on optimising content and technical elements for AI-generated search results, featured snippets, and emerging search technologies. You’ll stay ahead of algorithm updates and implement strategies that position the brand for success in the evolving landscape of AI-powered search engines.
- Drive Technical Implementation and Performance
Working closely with the SEO tech team, you’ll conduct technical audits, identify optimization opportunities, and implement solutions that improve organic performance. You’ll test and recommend improvements to site structure and content strategy, developing semantic clusters that strengthen topical authority and user experience. In collaboration with development teams and technical partners, you’ll ensure the site maintains optimal performance and adheres to technical SEO best practices. - Manage International SEO Strategy
As the brand operates across international markets, you’ll develop and execute multi-lingual and multi-regional SEO strategies. This includes ensuring consistent optimization standards while adapting content and technical elements to local market requirements and search behavior. - Solve Search Visibility Challenges
You’ll analyse and troubleshoot underperforming keyword clusters, identify root causes of low visibility, and implement targeted solutions to improve rankings. This includes assessing content gaps, technical barriers, and competitive dynamics to restore and enhance performance for challenging topics. - Deliver Multi-Level Reporting and Analysis
You’ll prepare clear and comprehensive reports for different stakeholders—from detailed technical insights for the marketing team to high-level summaries for leadership. You’ll track key SEO metrics such as organic rankings, traffic growth, acquisition costs, conversion contributions, and revenue impact, providing actionable insights that influence strategic decisions. - Lead Cross-Department Collaboration
You’ll work daily with teams across the organisation to ensure SEO success: partnering with content teams on optimisation initiatives, working with conversion specialists to enhance landing page performance, aligning with paid acquisition teams on keyword strategy, and supporting broader marketing efforts to integrate SEO across all digital activities. - Manage SEO Budget and External Partnerships
You’ll oversee the SEO budget and manage relationships with external agencies specializing in link building, editorial outreach, and digital PR. You’ll evaluate partner performance, negotiate agreements, and ensure all initiatives support the brand’s goals and deliver measurable results within budget.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of growing organic traffic and conversions
- Demonstrated success in website promotion with measurable results and case studies
- Experience working embedded within marketing teams and cross-functional collaboration with content, conversion, and paid acquisition teams
- Strong understanding of modern SEO practices, including AI optimisation and emerging search technologies
- Proven ability to create reports and communicate findings to stakeholders at all organisational levels
- Technical Expertise That Matters
- Working understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic programming concepts for technical guidance, including experience with JavaScript-based websites, prerendering solutions, and SEO considerations for fully JavaScript-driven platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of technical SEO principles and implementation across various website platforms
- Proficiency with professional SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and technical audit platforms
- Experience with analytics platforms and creating executive-level performance reports
- SEO budget management and vendor/agency relationship management experience
- Modern SEO Skills
- Expertise in AI optimisation, including content optimisation for AI-generated search results
- Understanding of E-E-A-T principles and how they impact search performance- nice to have.
- Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, page experience, and technical performance optimisation
- Experience with schema markup, structured data, and emerging search features
- Proficiency in semantic clustering and topical authority development
- Experience managing external agencies for link building, editorial outreach, and digital PR campaigns
- Multi-site SEO strategy experience, including blog platforms and landing page optimisation
- Understanding of multi-lingual and international SEO considerations
