Project Manager (IT)

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who will be responsible for coordinating and organizing tasks related to the development of an international cryptocurrency platform dedicated to e-sports.

Location

We’re based in Gdańsk (Wrzeszcz), and this opportunity is open to people living in Tricity or nearby.
We operate in a hybrid model- we don’t require you to be in the office every day, but we do ask for in-person meetings twice a week.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and coordinating IT projects from planning to deployment.
•  Collaborating with development teams, Business Analysts (BA), DEV, QA, UX/UI, and business stakeholders.
•  Monitoring progress, managing risks, and solving problems.
•  Coordinating activities at every stage of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) – from requirements analysis and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
•  Ensuring smooth communication and information flow between teams.
• Creating and maintaining project schedules.
•  Reporting project progress.

Who We Are Looking For?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a Project Manager in IT project management.
•  Has technical knowledge of software development processes (e.g., SDLC, CI/CD, APIs) to facilitate effective communication with the development team.
•  Is open to a modern approach to project management – we don’t stick to a single methodology but instead adapt processes to current project needs.
•  Can communicate fluently in English (min. B2+), including leading meetings and preparing documentation in English.
•  Is a team player, listens to team needs, and supports team members in achieving their goals.
•  Has strong planning and project supervision skills.
•  Is independent, organized, and capable of making decisions within their role.
•  Can work effectively under time pressure in a dynamic environment.
•  Has experience with project management tools like Jira, including:
  ◾ Track project progress
  ◾ Creating reports
  
• Nice to Have:
• Experience in the e-sports or cryptocurrency industry.
• Project management certifications (e.g., PSM, KMP, PRINCE2, PMP).
• Knowledge of JQL, basic SQL, or programming languages.
