Senior .NET Developer (Gaming)

We’re looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our team!

In this role, you will be responsible for developing new features for our existing platform, as well as helping build entirely new products. The team has full ownership of the technical vision and decision-making.

Location

This offer is targeted at candidates based in Tricity (Gdańsk, Gdynia, Sopot) or nearby areas.
We don’t require constant office presence, but we expect the person to be available to come in twice a week.

What you‘ll be doing

In this position, you will:

• Build software that is easy to deploy and run
• Spend 80%+ of your time on core development
• Write high-quality code and tests
• Conduct code reviews
• Proactively suggest architectural improvements
• Work closely with product designers and propose better solutions
• Cooperate directly with the business side

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who has:

• At least 5 years of commercial experience as a .NET Developer (C#, .NET 5+, Web API, Entity Framework, GIT)
• At least 3 years of experience in a senior-level role
• Strong independence and proactivity
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good understanding of CI/CD concepts
• Solid experience working with asynchronous and concurrent code
• English at B2 level or higher – allowing smooth communication
• Basic knowledge of probability theory and mathematics
• Experience in frontend development (any framework) and willingness to work on frontend code (TypeScript + React) occasionally

Nice to have:

• Experience with Microservices / SOA
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency concepts

Backend Architecture

• The original project was built as a monolith to minimize operational overhead
• We are now transitioning to a microservices-based architecture
• New functionalities are developed as containerized microservices
• Communication between services is handled via RabbitMQ and REST API calls
