Trader

The role involves handling sports trading operations for a variety of events. The person must have good teamwork skills and be detail-oriented and analytical regarding the provision of odds and customers’ wagering activity. All tasks and duties must be properly communicated and executed, with quick response times on all our communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring pre-game/in-play markets across all events.
• Creation and settlement of eSports/sports events where required.
• Monitoring wagers placed by customers.
• Comfortable working with automated trading tools.
• Establish strong relationships with the other team members.
• Dealing with customers via site chat.
• Solving minor issues with various providers.
• Dealing with usual Customer Service queries (expanding offers, settlements, minor users’ issues, solving disputes based on easily accessible data).

Requirements:

• High level of knowledge of eSports.
• 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• The role requires work during unsociable hours with the flexibility to work at any time, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• This position involves shift work, and we are particularly interested in candidates who are willing to work shifts from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM and from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM.
• Basic knowledge of various sports.
• Good mathematical ability, including an understanding of statistics and probabilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Be able to think quickly and work under pressure with limited supervision.
• Good communication, organisational, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate all tools (both internal and external) without supervision.
