Senior QA Engineer

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join a team developing a modern web platform in the iGaming industry, used by users from around the world. You will have a real impact on the quality of the developed product, actively identify areas requiring improvement, and collaborate with the development team to deliver the best possible user experience. The key focus of this role will be taking ownership of product quality -not just performing tests.

We’re looking for a QA Engineer who can independently identify potential bugs and risks, propose improvements, and consciously select appropriate testing methods. Experience with, and openness to, using AI in daily work is also essential.

What will you be doing?

As part of this role, you will:

• Actively support the team in delivering a high-quality product
• Consciously select testing methods, using manual testing, automation, and AI tools
• Use AI to improve the testing process, while consciously assessing the quality of the solutions created
• Independently identify bugs and areas requiring improvement
• Analyze problems and propose solutions that raise product quality
• Initiate improvements that impact platform quality and User Experience
• Collaborate with the development team on product quality assurance

Who we’re looking for?

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience as a QA Engineer
• Has very good knowledge of TypeScript and design patterns
• Has experience testing web applications
• Has experience in manual testing and knows tools and best practices related to test automation
• Can effectively use AI tools in day-to-day QA work and understands their capabilities and limitations
• Consciously chooses testing methods and decides when it’s worth using manual testing, automation, or AI
• Takes responsibility for product quality, not just for executing tests
• Can look at the product from the user’s perspective and actively identifies areas requiring improvement
• Doesn’t limit themselves to finding bugs, but proposes solutions and improvements that increase product quality and User Experience
• Is independent, proactive, and collaborates well with the development team
• Knows English at a level enabling smooth communication
